How can we improve our service?

Do you use our any of our children's centres? Do you have any thoughts on how we could improve our service?We are launching our Children and Parents' Centre survey. Between Monday 26 November and Friday 7 December, we would like to hear your views. Your feedback will help us to understand how you feel about our children’s centres and how we can improve your experience.The survey can be completed anonymously so please be honest in your answers and provide any additional comments if necessary.The survey will close on Friday 7 December at 5.00pm. We will then share the results and how we will use your feedback to improve any areas highlighted.To participate the survey, you can complete the questionnaire online. Alternatively, you can download a copy of the survey which can be returned to any of our children's centres.
