Our Family Services team are looking for a Senior Community Family Worker who is keen to make a difference to the lives of local families.
As the Senior Community Family worker, you would:
Help to deliver universal and targeted activities including evidence based parenting programmes.
Undertake casework working with families.
Adopt a collaborative approach to multi-agency partnerships so that children and family’s needs are met in a holistic way.
Promote and facilitate access to the children and family centre programme.
