Get it Right from the Start with HENRY Healthy Families

Do you live in Southwark or Lambeth and have a child under 5? Are you looking for more than just a nutrition course? Get your child off to healthy start by booking a place on HENRY Healthy Families: Right From The Start programme.

This 8-week programme is for families in Southwark and Lambeth with children under 5 and has a strength-based and solution-focused approach to help parents give their children the best start in life. It does this by focusing on factors known to be associated with later health and wellbeing, such as breastfeeding, parenting skills, emotional wellbeing, eating patterns and behaviours such as how we eat (not what), healthy eating and physical activity. There is a strong focus on doing things in partnership with families rather than to them.

HENRY Healthy Families: Right From The Start runs for an hour a week for 8-weeks with videos being sent to the families in between sessions, which summarize the content of the programme and include virtual ‘Family Time’.
