Happy Parents, Happy Families course at 1st Place

Learning Unlimited will be runningHappy Parents, Happy Families, a free 5-week course for parents and carers, at1st Place Children and Parents Centre.

You willexplore ways of addressing parental stress, look at the impact it can have onchildren, and look at coping strategies and sources of support.

Thecourse starts on Friday 26 April andruns until Friday 24 May. Sessionsare at 10am – 12 noon and take placeat 1st Place Children and ParentsCentre, 12 Chumleigh Street, Burgess Park, SE5 0RN.

Thecourse and crèche places are free.
