Free food bags during lockdown

As part of their CoMMunity Meals program, Mercato Metropolitano will be providing free food bags for all families in Southwark and surrounding areas throughout lockdown. The initiative aims to support any families with children that may be struggling during lockdown.

Food bags can be collected every Tuesday and Thursday from 11.00am until 3 December at MM Grocery, Elephant & Castle (42 Newington Causeway, London SE1 6DR).

Please note that food bags can only be collected and will be given on a first come, first served basis.
